Warranty Administration:
Amtek administers the developer’s ongoing warranty obligation. This service includes:
- Administration of a 7x24x365 call center for receipt of warranty claims to a toll free number specifically designated to each account. Each call is digitally recorded and transmitted electronically to the Warranty Supervisor assigned to the account.
- Triage of warranty claims to determine root cause of the claim and responsibility.
- Notification to the appropriate contractor to schedule resolution of issue.
- Each reported claim is tracked and updated from beginning to end to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Walkthrough Services:
Amtek provides walkthrough services to developers as part of a 2-step transition process that includes:
- Construction Pre-Walk and Final Walk: These walks are to identify construction deficiencies prior to the developer accepting the unit from the general contractor.
- Pre-Settlement and Settlement Walk: These walks are performed with the buyer to identify deficiencies as outlined by the National Association of Home Builders and create a punch list that is then given to the appropriate contractors prior to settlement.
- Amtek also offers project management for completion of punch lists and will assign our own contractors if necessary to resolve issues.
